How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, then take approximately 5–7 business days in transit. Total delivery time is typically 6–9 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a tracking email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required and no hidden shipping charges.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To request a return, email support@furvanahub.store with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll respond within 24 hours with further instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@furvanahub.store and provide a photo of the item and your order details. We’ll review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. At this time, Furvana Hub ships only within the United States.
